Job Description

AdministratorPeterborough area£20,000 - £21,000Based within the contracts team this is a hive of activity and you will play a vital role to organise and ensure the team runs smoothly, having recently won numerous new tasty accounts the business is expanding and could offer great development for yourfuture."One of the best teams I have ever worked with""Turning up to work laughing every day is just one of the reasons Ive stayed so long""Great place to start a career, lots of training and so much to learn"Fancy joining a team who have quoted the above statements about the company and environment Please read onYour typical week will include:

  • Supporting the Contract Managers with all administration tasks
  • Dealing with purchasing of services and materials
  • Support project workers with all administration tasks
  • Help the purchasing team with buying, handling suppliers and producing paperwork
  • Compile job packs for the contracts team to include all information for each job, costings, quotes, instructions, labour and client details
  • Support with costing of new jobs, looking at all aspects to ensure they are correct
  • Updating the internal systems
  • Checking with the warehouse and stores about products and stock levels
  • Liaising with Contracts Managers to ensure any problems are handled quickly
  • Agree on final figures with Contract Managers
We are looking for an experienced administrator to start as soon as possible who is keen to work in a banter-filled environment, working for an award-winning company and loves to support the teams.
