Our client-based North of Peterborough is looking to recruit a strong 2nd line/3rd line Analyst on a fulltime permanent basis. Working as part of an established team you will provide support to the businesss clients. The company like to develop its employeesskill base so extra courses will be paid for if suitable for both parties.Job Role:-

• 2nd line support analyst to cover day-to-day support activities.
• configure and install new IT infrastructure.
• support contracts, system builds and ad-hoc support.
• Support and optimization of in-house or client infrastructure
• Client and server Operating Systems
• Business infrastructure, networking and storage
• Database management and administration
• Security implementation, encryption, and Data Loss Prevention
• Vulnerability and malware threat prevention
• Infrastructure and application capacity, performance and availability monitoring
• Clustering and High Availability
• Backups and Disaster Recovery
• Server virtualization
• Email, telephony and Unified Communications

To be considered for this role you will have worked at 2nd line for a minimum of 2 years.The company offer a competitive salary and a good benefits package, the role is Monday to Friday. Interviews to happen ASAP.
