Job Description

Are you a self-motivated, enthusiastic and experienced customer services individual looking for a new and exciting challenge Our reputable client based in Matlock are looking to hire a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing business.To be considered for the role, youll require the following essentials:

  • Experience within a customer service role or environment
  • Competent in using MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to follow procedures accurately
The ideal candidate will be confident in building professional relationships. You will be highly organised and have a flexible working approach. Full training will be available to the successful candidate and you will be required to undertake a DBS checkif successful.Within this position, youll be:
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Recording information onto company databases
  • Monitoring systems and projects
  • Analysing and interpreting data
  • Creating performance reports for projects
