Chef de Partie - £23,000 + Gratuities - MatlockOur award winning client is looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join their already talented team of chefs.Chef de Parties joining this fine dining restaurant set in the most stunning grounds. Will be offered an opportunity to work with some of the best Chefs in the industry, who even with the restraints of lock down they are still realizing 50 covers per nightas their reputation precedes them.The Role:We are looking for passionate Chefs who want to work for an award winning business.Using the very best ingredients, you must be able to bring energy, have stamina & inspiration. As a Chef De Partie you must be able to communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to the guests.Your Experience will ideally consist of: 2+ years CDP Ideally have your own transport due to location. Be a hardworking person with a can-do attitude. Must have experience working in a busy restaurant (grill experience preferred). Have good communication skills. Be guest focused.
