Kitchen Assistant - Temporary until January to start ASAP. Location: Marston Green, B37 Salary: 12.00ph Hours of Work: Wednesday - Friday, 8.00am - 2:00pmDuties: . Following policies and procedures for the safe storage and preparation of food items. . Washing utensils and dishes . Helping prepare and cook both breakfast and lunch.Candidate: . Previous experience in a similar role. . Knowledge of basic food hygiene . Experience working within a Kitchen environment. . Excellent communication skills are essential. . Able to work as part of a team.Example Meals: Breakfast: Toast, sausage/bacon sandwich, egg/beans on toast etc. Lunch: preparing a daily hot dish and preparing pre-ordered baguettes/baked potato/sandwiches etc.
