Kitchen Supervisor - FTC until January (Potential to go Perm) to start ASAP.Location: Marston Green, B37 Salary: 14.00ph Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 2:00pmDuties: . Following policies and procedures for the safe storage and preparation of food items. . Controlling stock and stock rotation. . Plan, prepare and cook both breakfast and lunch. . Ensuring standards of cleaning are in place.Candidate: . Previous experience in a similar role. . Knowledge of basic food hygiene . Menu Planning . Stock Control . Working within a budget . Plan, prepare and cook breakfast and lunches. . Experience working within a Kitchen environment. . Excellent communication skills are essential. . Able to work as part of a team.Example Meals: Breakfast: Toast, sausage/bacon sandwich, egg/beans on toast etc. Lunch: preparing a daily hot dish and preparing pre-ordered baguettes/baked potato/sandwiches etc.
