Job Description

Role Summary:REED are working with an organisation in Wales who are regarded as one of the top employers in the area. This is a brand-new role for the company and will be managing a number of key contracts within this business area. Your primary focus will be ensuring thatsuppliers fulfil their contractual service obligations. Additionally, you’ll maintain strong relationships with suppliers and collaborate with the business to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements within your contract base.Key Responsibilities:1. Contract Review and Monitoring:

  • Evaluate key contracts to optimise value for the organization.
  • Align with other suppliers to enhance business outcomes.
2. Contract Management:
  • Collaborate closely with Retail, procurement, and the ITS Programme.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, including Work Orders Management, Change Control, Obligation Management, Acceptance of Deliverables, and Payment control.
3. Supplier Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate relationships with key suppliers through regular interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Transformation and other senior Retail Leadership team members.
4. Performance Metrics:
  • Monitor specific KPIs and SLAs to drive excellence.
5. Monthly Reporting:
  • Provide timely information on contracts and work orders.
  • Efficiently address queries and requests while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
