Job Description

Zest Education and working in close partnership with a primary school in Redditch to recruit a Year 1 class teacher from January 2023. The position will be long term, until Easter 2023, with a potential to be extended until the end of the academic year.The role will be ideal for an ECT to complete their induction, or an experienced teacher who is looking for a new challenge.The school is a popular primary which is 2 form entry and aims to promote a love of learning and supports children in all areas of their education. The school benefits from excellent facilities and has most recently been recognised as good with outstandingfeatures. The school has an inclusive ethos and aims to provide all children with essential life skills.The successful candidate must:

  • Hold valid UK QTS
  • Demonstrate the highest regard for health and safety and the safeguarding of all pupils
  • Be an enthusiastic, reliable, and resourceful teacher
  • Have a passion for education and supporting children of all abilities
  • Be a strong team player who is approachable and engaging
  • Be open to sharing and trying new ideas for the benefit of the children
The opportunity:
