You will partner with our Tax business product owners in translatingEPICs into user stories and then delivering them in realizing best possible business outcome while following enterprise architecture framework. We will provide you with opportunities that broaden your knowledge and strengthen your professional & technical skills.* We operate in a fast-paced environment utilizing modern technologies and bias toward action* We value customer outcomes and are passionate about using technology to solve problems* We are a diverse team with colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures* We offer the freedom, and responsibility, to shape the setup and the processes we use in our community* We support continuous learning, including through conferences, workshops and meetupsKey responsibilities* Responsible for technology delivery within the Tax team for assigned releases* Lead across all phases of implementation cycle from explore to release and driving post go-live steady state* Responsible for project financials while ensuring best possible business outcome delivery* Hands on managing team of SAP engineers* Actively collaborate with other product owners and engineering leads to understand and coordinate the integration impact on TAX and ensure accounting needs are delivered* Manage the backlog as per product owner prioritization based on business needs, creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers* Work closely with development teams in Agile way of working; contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint and work with the team to refine and improve the development process.* Evaluating product progress accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product. Inspect and evaluate product progress at each iteration, determine whether final product is acceptable.* Performance of product in general, includes example value delivery, user satisfaction, performance of the support process, compliance, cost, stability of the product and deployment/roll-out performance.* Contribute to developing product and agile practices across the company* Ensure governance is followed in change deployment, IT budgeting and manage relationship with vendors where relevantWe are looking forYou have:* Experience working as SAP Core S/4 Senior engineer or project delivery manager for 10+ years, with overall experience of 15+ years with large scale technology transformation initiatives* Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects with role as finance lead* In depth domain knowledge in the finance and Tax area* Experience in working with business process/activity owners in understanding business requirement and solution design* Proven experience with managing complex stakeholders and ability to influence without authority* Experience with S4HANA implementation is must* Expert experience across multiple SAP modules - SAP FI/CO, General Ledger, Tax, A/A, A/P, FI-CA, SD, MM, BRIM, Master Data Governance and Migration, Banking & Treasury, Revenue Recognition (RAR) Controlling and BPC modules* Experience of working with SAP MM, SD, HR, TM modules integration with FICO* Experience of working with SAP BRIM setup* Experience of large and complex Programs* Experience in developing roadmap for Tax* Experience in working with Agile, Scrum and waterfall delivery models* Good problem solving & communication skills* Bachelors Degree in IT related discipline* Collaborative mindset across business functions* Agile mindset & open to change & ability to work in ambiguous environmentTax S/4 Core Senior EngineerTax S/4 Core Senior EngineerSAP TAX Enginer SAP TAX Enginer
