Part-time School Facilities ManagerLocation:Woodlands Park School, MaidenheadRequired:As soon as possible - May 2024Closing Date: 29th April 2024Woodlands ParkSchool is a great place to work. Our school is part of the Slough and East Berkshire Multi Academy Trust (SEBMAT).We are looking for a part-time Facilities Manager who can work with the School Business Manager to ensure a safe and suitable environment for students, staff and visitors.Full Training will be provided to most suitable candidate, so if you feel you have the right skills and personality to be part of our friendly school team and make a difference, then please get in touch.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

Friendly, smart, and reliable with a flexible approach to work.
Ability to identify and prioritise the safety of the children and make the site suitable for all visitors.
Good at problem solving and can use initiative with good attention to detail.
Good communication skills and will be able to engage with the children, staff and parents.
Confident with dealing with small projects and 3rd party suppliers when necessary.

Main duties include but are not limited to.

Regulatory Health & Safety Checks
Site Security
Swimming Pool Maintenance
Building, Grounds and Garden Maintenance
Dealing with relevant suppliers
