Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify students individual needs.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to gather comprehensive information.
  • Developing and implementing tailored support plans based on assessment outcomes.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Keeping abreast of SEND legislation and best practices to ensure compliance.
