Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a confident PA to join a world renowned charitable organisation in a busy role supporting the EA to the CEO. This is a newly created role with great scope for someone to make it their own.Please note that this is a hybrid role working 3 days a week in the office in Maidenhead and we are ideally looking for candidates who are available for an immediate start.The CEOs role is very high profile and involves extensive worldwide travel to attend high profile events and to meet with VVIPs, foreign dignitaries, government officials and UHNW individuals, therefore we are looking for someone with a high level of professionalismand sense of confidentiality.Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the EA in managing a very busy and complex travel diary, preparing detailed itineraries and briefing documents for all appointments and meetings
  • Preparing correspondence, reports and papers for the CEO
  • Preparing detailed Agendas and Board Packs for quarterly Board meetings including collating and circulating papers in good time, arranging venues and ensuring all that attendees are fully prepared
  • Producing accurate and concise minutes for meetings, distributing and following up on actions as necessary
  • Assisting in booking travel arrangements, ensuring that all hotels, rail tickets, flights, taxis and rental cars are booked in the most cost-effective way
  • Assisting the EA with special projects and events as required
  • Building effective relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
This role requires excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail and very high levels of professionalism, discretion and diplomacy.
