Logistics Coordinator Maidenhead£25,000 - £28,000 + Excellent Benefits Im looking for a Logistics Coordinator from a Pharmaceutical Logistics background to join an industry leading client of ours near Maidenhead. If you are a Logistics Coordinator from a Pharma / Logistics background I would love to hear from you! Role & Responsibilities:*Deliver the highest quality service by ensuring all shipments are managed in the most efficient, safest and cost-effective way.*Act as the first point of contact for all shipping orders and enquiries *Plan appropriate, compliant and cost-effective routing solutions*Book consignments with airlines *Work with overseas offices to arrange collections, customs clearance and deliveries*Proactively monitor the status of shipments*Provide the customer with timely updates on shipment status*Develop and maintain a close relationship with existing and potential clients *Liaise with suppliers to confirm documentation requirements and plan appropriate route solutions *Helping resolve invoice queries when required*Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively *Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders Knowledge, Skills & Experience:*Must have experience of working within one or more of the following areas:1)Cold chain or time sensitive multimodal freight forwarding2)Pharmaceutical industry3)Highly customer orientated role with experience of successfully managing client & supplier relationships*Up to date knowledge of global customs procedures*Effective communication skills, both verbal and writtenBenefits Package:*Salary:- £25,000 - £28,000 *Benefits:- Bonus, 25 days hols + bank holiday, 9% pension contribution, private medical, healthcare cash plan, health insurance + loads more!
