Job Description

Interim Contracts Manager - 6 Month Contract - £525-£565 per day - Maidenhead (Remote working available)My client, a global leading pharmaceutical organisation are urgently recruiting for an Interim Contracts Manager.Responsibilities

  • Contract management activities on strategic contracts, including contract change reviews and approvals, finance management, governance and escalation management
  • Support the broader team in the management and administration of the contracts, including providing oversight and prioritisation management
  • Working with the team to ensure processes are documented and followed
  • Commercial statement of work negotiation and review
  • Experience in tracking and recording commitment management across IT contracts, including network and telecoms
  • Experience in license management processes, including Microsoft O365 and Azure cost management
  • Working with IT stakeholders to understand new vendor demand and work accordingly to ensure SoWs and contracts are in place
