Job Description We are currently looking to recruit a HR Advisor with career opportunity to HR Manager! FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY!APPLY NOW!!!!! HR ADVISORMAIDENHEAD - HYBRID WORKINGUPTO £35,000 WITH EXCELLENT CAREER OPPORTUNITYWe are working with a very successful business who are in an active growth stage and have continuous growth plans who are looking to recruit a HR Advisor. The role would suit someone who is looking to progress there HR career to HR Manager within 18 months.The role is working as part of a HR team based at there head office in Maidenhead supporting line managers and employees across the UK.
  • Be the first point of contact for managers on a range of ER issues and carrying out investigations and attend disciplinaries as required
  • Reviewing and updating policies
  • Organise and manage all aspects of the family-friendly processes including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental and unpaid leave
  • Responsible for keeping a log of all HR transactions that affect pay and liaising with payroll team
  • Working with HR Manager to continually review and develop HR resources and training material
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment campaigns
  • Support the HR Manager of producing key HR reports and metrics
  • Undertake and support the HR projects to drive business engagement and improvement
As mentioned the role will suit someone who is looking to progress to HR Manager and someone who is CIPD level 5.
