Job Description

Recruiting for an EMEA Payroll Specialist to join a global Telecommunications business in Maidenhead. It is a temporary position to assist the payroll team with day to day payroll operations as well as communicate with the external payroll bureaus.Client DetailsOur Client

DescriptionEMEA Payroll Specialist - Responsibilities
  • Processing end to end monthly payrolls for numerous entities across the EMEA Region (BAU)
  • Work closely alongside the rest of the EMEA payroll function
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting requests for the payroll/finance team
  • Payroll reconciliations
  • Supporting the Shared Service part of the business, when required
  • Dealing with payroll related queries from employees
ProfileWhat do you need to succeed
  • A strong understanding of Payroll processing across the EMEA Region
  • Excellent communicator as well as team orientated
  • Strong Excel usage - manipulating data
  • Exposure and experience with using an outsourced payroll provider
  • Have the ability to work independently
  • Happy to commute to Maidenhead (3x per week)
Job OfferEMEA Payroll Specialist
  • Start: ASAP (shorter notice/immediately available would be an advantage)
  • Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (hourly rate equivalent)
  • Rolling interim position
  • Hybrid: Maidenhead (Parking on site) - 2 days per week at the office (typically Tuesday and Thursday)
  • Extremely flexible start and finish times (core hours being 10am-4pm)
  • Joining a well established, strong team
