ABA AssistantTraining Provided!A warm and friendly specialist school in the heart of Maidenhead are searching for ABA Assistants (Applied Behaviour Analysis) to join their team starting ASAP!About the school hiring an ABA Assistant:

  • They are highly regarded in their area as well as sector and take the job of providing assistance and quality education to children who struggle with Autism as their main diagnosis, very seriously.

  • They also provide the children with ABA therapy - an evidence based practice to help best serve the children with their diagnosis.
  • The school hiring will provide full training so that you can facilitate ABA therapy and help these children along their academic journey.
The role as an ABA Assistant:
  • Your main duty and role will be to support the students in the classroom.
  • The support you provide will be either in a small group setting or 1 to 1.
  • Your priority will be to ensure that these children have a warm and safe environment to come to everyday so that learning can take place.
  • You will be supported by the class teacher and also have the advantage of being exposed to a multi-disciplinary team.
  • This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals who are looking to make a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
  • Individuals who are aspiring graduates and those looking to start a career in either education or psychology are most welcome to apply.

The successful ABA Assistant:
  • Will be calm, passionate about making a difference and positive
  • Will have some experience working with children
  • Will understand the importance of safeguarding
  • Will have a DBS certificate or be willing to obtain one
