Gi Group are looking to recruit an onsite recruitment co-ordinator / resourcer to join us on our journey with a brand new contract working in partnership with a Global Transport and Logistics company Geodis. Geodis is based on Magna Park - Postcode LE17 4XP and offers a superb state of the art facility with excellent rates of pay and bonuses along with long term positions for our candidates.We are looking for a recruitment recourcer / co-ordinator to be based on the clients premises and can offer flexibility on the hours as long as the clients requirements are met. The main duties will involve:Pre-screening candidates over the telephoneChecking the employment statusMatching candidates to the right positions Advertising on job boards and via social mediaHelping with the on-boarding of new candidatesBuilding a strong relationship with our client Offering a great candidate care service to our candidates working onsite The hours are flexible however would need to be full time, operating across Monday to Friday.
