Job Description

Customer Service Advisor roles available working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm for an award winning global document storage company in Lutterworth (LE17 4UE) with good transport links, free parking onsite, and ongoing work available!Hours & Shifts:Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (0800-1600)Pay Rate:£11.25 per hourAs Customer Service Advisor you will be working in an office environment within this companys brand new flagship site based in Lutterworth with responsibility for the following:

  • Providing exceptional customer service within the Digital Solutions Department
  • Be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries
  • Email request processing - the processing of customer emails ensuring all security standards are maintained
  • Chasing and reporting on progress of customer projects in production
  • Order queries and issues - liaising with all relevant departments to resolve order queries and issues
  • Client issue resolution - owning and investigating all customer generated issues across all products, ensuring that the customer is continually updated at all stages
  • Email indexing - the process of signposting all email and fax traffic that arrives within the department to a specific area
  • Outbound calls - contacting customers to discuss any information related to their order requirements where required
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:
  • Previous Customer Service Advisor experience or administrative background
  • You will have an excellent telephone manner
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Thorough investigative skills are required for this role
  • You will be a reliable, loyal and trustworthy individual who demonstrates a high degree of integrity
  • You will be a highly motivated individual who shows enthusiasm and energy, using positive language with customers and colleagues
