Wilson Recruitment have been commissioned to seek out a highly experienced Manager within the automotive sector and our client are willing to pay handsomely for the right person.*** Please read the full job scope before applying for this role ***Salary c.£55k-£60k per annum (OTE up to £80k) + bonus + company car + excellent benefits and perks.The role (in a nut shell):• Branch Manager or Depot Manager to be office based in Lutterworth• You’ll be responsible for all management of staff and the profitability of the branch • You will be reviewing customer pricing policies • You shall monitor the inventory of branch parts stock• You’ll mentor and develop your team • You’ll be responsible for all staff and visitors adhering to health & safety regulations• You’ll take care of customer complaints and ensure both parties are in agreement with solutionNotes about the branch:• Has immaculate working conditions to include shower rooms and bathrooms• Are consistently performing ahead of budget• Is a main dealership located on a customer site and open 24/7• Has 4 bays onsite for HGV Technicians / Mechanics to work out of• There are 3 shifts and c.20 staff running the depot currently• Offers a 24hr breakdown and recovery. Truck, trailer, bus and coach maintenance. Accident repairs. Trailer parts.
