Cloud Farm Campsite is part of the National Trust’s North Devon Coast & Countryside portfolio. Located in the beautiful Doone Valley in Exmoor National Park, Cloud Farm and nearby Lorna Doone Farm are part of a recent acquisition. We have invested in the sites to provide engage our visitors with experiences that Move, Teach and Inspire. If you are enthusiastic, customer-focused and love the great outdoors, the team would love to hear from you.Cloud Farm Campsite operates from late March until late October. The role is an 0.8 annualised contract and you may be required to the bulk of hours between these dates.For more information about our property please visit -farm-campsite What youll be doing We are looking for a Holidays Operations Assistant. Day to day, you will support the delivery of an enjoyable outdoor holidays experience for our visitors. You will work as part of a small team to deliver high levels of guest care and contribute to the efficient management of the Campsite in line with agreed procedures and National Trust standards.In addition to practical tasks such as cleaning and maintenance, your role will also involve face-to-face interactions such as welcome and orientation, guest service, processing online bookings and some Food and Beverage & Retail service from the Campsite shop. A positive can-do attitude is a must in the varying world of Campsites and in return, there is an opportunity to propose, assist or lead on Outdoor activity initiatives provided by the National Trust and Partners. The Campsite is a 7 day seasonal operation and may require varied working patterns to reflect site and guests requirements. Who were looking for
