Summary Were looking for a Holidays Operation Assistant Manager to assist the Holidays Manager in the efficient delivery of their Campsites.The hours: 37.5hours per week, across 5 days, for 46 weeks (90%) January - November. Cloud Farm Campsite is part of the National Trusts North Devon Coast & Countrysideportfolio. Located in the beautiful Doone Valley in Exmoor National Park, Cloud Farm and nearby Lorna Doone Farm are part the National Trusts most recent large acquisition. We continue to invest heavily into the sites to develop our commercial offer whilstproviding our visitors with experiences that Move, Teach and Inspire. You will ensure high levels of service to our guests and contribute to the efficient management of holidayoperations in line with agreed procedures and National Trust standards. This will include delegated responsibilities such as the line management, training and coaching of Outdoor Holidays Operations Assistants.You will hold day to day responsibility of the Campsite operations, including health and safety, operating a small campsite shop and food & beverage offer. Youll also look after our Campsite booking system and our Active Outdoors Cycle Hire facility, takingresponsibility for guest inquiries.The Assistant Manager role presents an opportunity for a future Holidays Manager to develop their skills and experience within a medium to large-sized Campsite.
