Cloud Farm Campsite is part of the National Trust’s North Devon Coast & Countryside portfolio. Located in the beautiful Doone Valley in Exmoor National Park, Cloud Farm and nearby Lorna Doone Farm are part of a recent acquisition. We have invested in the sites to provide engage our visitors with experiences that Move, Teach and Inspire. The role is a full-time permanent however varying shift patterns may be required to support Campsite demand.For more information about our property please visit -farm-campsite What youll be doing We are looking for a Holidays Operations Assistant Manager to support the Holidays Manager with the efficient delivery of their holidays at a national Trust portfolio/site. You will ensure high levels of service to our guests and contribute to the efficient management of holiday operations in line with agreed procedures and National Trust standards.This may include delegated responsibilities such as the line management, training and coaching of Outdoor Holidays Operations Assistants. This also extend to managing changeover days, stock ordering and operating a small Food and Beverage and Retail campsite offer and visitor welcome in line with the National Trust’s Food Safety Management systems.The Campsite is a 7-day seasonal operation and may require varied working patterns to reflect site and guests’ requirements.The Assistant Manager role presents an opportunity for a future Holidays Manager to develop their skills and experience within a medium to large-sized Campsite.
