Job Description

We’re keen to hear from HR Advisors seeking a new and exciting career step, as we’re recruiting for a leading retail/online company. Currently in the midst of exciting cultural change, ensuring its a great time to join and be part of something special.Initially, a 12-month contract, with is every possibility this role may become permanent based on their people plans.If you’re a passionate and experienced HR Advisor ready to join a collaborative team and play a pivotal role in the employee relations function along whilst driving exciting wellbeing and engagement projects, then this could be the perfect role for you.Based Warrington and offering hybrid working (2 days office 3 days remote), exceptional training for your first six weeks and the potential to build a long-term career path.Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support on colleague, tackling a range of cases and complexity, ensuring best people practice at all times.Case Management: Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, conducting thorough investigations and providing recommendations for resolution.Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering guidance on good employment practices and legislative requirements.Data Management: Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases, conduct thorough data analysis, and provide regular reports to senior management.It a real team environment, supportive and focused on providing the best people function to their colleagues, whilst driving and delivering this positive cultural change, with many exciting projects plans over the coming months.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in an HR advisory role, preferably within the retail sector or multi location settingSolid understanding of HR processes and proceduresExperience of managing ER caseloadsSkills:Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with listening and questioning skills.Organisational and planning abilities to manage workloads effectively.What’s on Offer:Hybrid working, Competitive salary and benefits package.
