Company & RoleOur client is one of the UKs most respected and foremost providers of Airfield Services to both Military and Civil Airfields across the UK and international countries.As the QHSE Manager, you will act as the quality lead on all companys products and systems to ensure all operate within Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.As the QHSE Manager your duties will be:" Ensure that the company complies with ISO 90001:2015 & ISO 90001:2018 regulations." Liaise with external bodies on matters related to external accreditation process." Ensuring that the manufacturing and productions processes meet international and national standards." Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff." Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures." Monitoring performances by gathering relevant data and statistical reports." Maintaining accreditation to SSIP systems such as Builders Profile, Safecontractor, Achilles, UVDB, Constructionline and Acclaim." Conduct Site Safety audits at projects sites and feedback findings." Maintain and renew all relevant waste licenses in conjunction with all regulatory bodies." Compile all accident and incident statistical data and maintain on a monthly basis." Maintain annual QHSE objectives in line with company requirements." Maintain all aspects of environmental legal compliance, environmental aspects, and impacts register." Manage Health and Safety committee." Create, update, and manage plant calibration database.The successful QHSE Manager will have the following skills;" NEBOSH qualified" A minimum of 5 years experience in a production / Industrial engineering environment." Exposure to both QA and QC procedures." Proven ability to problem solve and make effective decisions." Able to work within a multi-disciplined team." Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and Engineering processes." A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications." Strong written and communication skills with the ability to communicate complete concepts in a team environment." Ability to produce written reports, design specifications, project, and product documentation.All applicants must have a full UK driving licence and valid Passport , as some UK and overseas travel may be necessary.
