*****Permanent Inhouse Recruiter Opportunity*****Talent84 Ltd have a Permanent Full Time Vacancy for a Driver Recruiter to work for an established Logistics company in Warrington.Hours of work:

Mon - Fri 8.00 am - 4.00 pm or 9.00 am - 5.00pm

Salary:

£32,500 per annum plus car allowance

Job role:

To effectively source, screen, and hire permanent qualified LGV Drivers in line with business requirements.

Working at different sites and depots, duties are varied and will include:

Developing recruitment initiatives including job fairs, open days, creating and placing adverts and managing social media campaigns
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Carrying out legal right to work checks and background screenings for all potential hires.
Liaising with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and skillsets.
Assisting the Training team and supporting the successful transition from offer to induction.
Keeping accurate records of all candidate interactions throughout the recruiting process.
Preparing regular reports on recruiting metrics and progress.

Skills required:

Recruitment experience, preferably within the logistics/transport industry but will consider other similar industry experience.
Proven ability to source and screen candidates using a variety of methods, including social media, job boards, and networking.
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
IT skills
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
Experience developing an applicant tracking system or similar database application.
Driving licence
