Job Summary Customer Care Technician / Snagger / Multi-skilled Tradesman Location: North-West Sector: New-Build Housing Start Date: March 2021 Job Type: Permanent Package: £28,000 + Van & Fuel Experienced Customer Care Technician required by one of the UKs leading private house builders. As a Customer Care Technician you will be responsible for completing snagging works in occupied properties. Due to the nature of the position it is essential that you are multi-skilled in the various trades as improvements to properties will include: tiling, painting touch ups, joinery works, patch plastering & occasional plumbing works. You will be provided with your own van & the correct tools & fuel will also be covered, as you will travel to various locations throughout the week.
