It started at a pub in Bolton with a £1 bet and a beliefthat things could be done better!More About the Revenue Assistant Role:We are looking for a Revenue Assistant to manage a portfolio of customer accounts in aspects of billing administration. Youll need to ensure the timely and accurate production and the issue of invoices in line with contractual terms. Youll also need toupload invoices to customer portals where specified and ensure core systems accurately reflects all billing activity. This is a terrific opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in finance.Heres What You Can Expect To Be Doing As a Revenue Assistant:

  • Working to extract and manipulate large data sets from multiple systems. Youll need to reconcile orders, pricing, and PO information to support billing
  • Creating and issuing invoices in line with contractual terms and uploading invoices to Customer portals where required
  • Ensuring our systems accurately reflects all revenue invoiced and support with the production of management information (status reporting)
  • Liaising with internal and external people to support the resolution of queries
  • Executing account and statement reconciliations when required and support the reconciliation and allocation of cash receipt
A Few Things About Our Revenue Assistant:
  • Youll have experience working in a proactive sales ledger environment
  • Be proficient in financial accounting software, such as Microsoft Dynamics (AX)
  • Data accuracy is crucial therefore youll need strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in reconciling and working with large data sets
  • Be able to prioritise workload and be willing to learn and proactively seek resolutions
  • A good team player who also has the ability to work independently
