Job Description

The purpose of the role is to assist in the definition, production, delivery and analysis of internal and external client MI which meets the. needs of key stakeholders, within agreed timescalesCompensation packageSalary discussed & disclosed on application, hybrid working 1 day per week in office remainder remote working, Health Care Cash Plan, Holidays 25 days plus 8 bank holidays (opportunity to buy & sell 3 days) increasing to 26 after 5 years’ service and to27 after 10 years’ service, Death In Service - after 1 year, Employer Pension Contribution, Cycle to Work Scheme, Tech Scheme, Season Ticket Loan*, Gym FlexKey Accountabilities

  • Using MI tools including Microsoft Excel to produce MI reports within agreed timescales
  • Build and maintain relationships with MI stakeholders to seek regular feedback and deliver MI that meets stakeholder needs
  • Regularly validate the integrity of data produced to ensure accurate and complete
  • Through analysis of MI, positively Influence data-related business decisions
  • Work with central MI & IT Teams to ensure relevant development requirements are addressed using a systems based approach
  • To handle confidential information in line with the firms data security protocols & DPA requirements
  • To ensure that production and distribution processes are fully documented for all reports in line with stakeholder requirements, to provide an audit trail and reference material for training as required
  • To provide analytical overview of reports and information contained therein to stakeholders, including analysis of trends and areas for focus, in a clear and concise format
Working Hours35 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.Essential Skills and Attributes:
  • Proven track record in MI production utilising Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both technically and non-technically at all levels across the business.
  • Industry knowledge/experience is preferred but not essential
  • Microsoft Power Bi knowledge/experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting activities and work calmly and accurately under pressure.
  • MI Techniques - data manipulation, data analysis, report production.
  • High-Level of accuracy and attention to detail.
