Job Description

A multi-service law firm is currently looking to recruit an experienced MI Analyst to assist in the definition, production, delivery, and analysis of internal and external client MI which meets the needs of key stakeholders, within agreed timescales.Hours – Monday to Friday 9am – 5pmLocation – Bolton (1 day per week) / 4 days from homePrevious MI experience is needed with a proven track record in MI production utilising Microsoft Excel.Duties include

  • Using MI tools including Microsoft Excel to produce MI reports within agreed timescales
  • Build and maintain relationships with MI stakeholders to seek regular feedback and deliver MI that meets stakeholder needs
  • Regularly validate the integrity of data produced to ensure it is accurate and complete
  • Through analysis of MI, positively Influence data-related business decisions
  • Work with central MI and IT Teams to ensure relevant development requirements are addressed using a systems-based approach
  • To handle confidential information in line with the firms data security protocols and DPA requirements
  • To ensure that production and distribution processes are fully documented for all reports in line with stakeholder requirements, to provide an audit trail and reference material for training as required
  • To provide analytical overview of reports and information contained therein to stakeholders, including analysis of trends and areas for focus, in a clear and concise format
