It started at a pub in Bolton with a £1 bet and a beliefthat things could be done better!More About the IT Site Support Engineer Role:We are looking for a Facilities Analyst to join our exciting and fast paced Estates Operations team, focusing on all aspects of budget management.You will develop annual budgets, quarterly budget vs actual reviews, and monthly forecasts to highlight current and forecasted spending, proposing areas of investment plus any cost saving opportunities.Youll build collaborative relationships with your colleagues within your team and the finance teams, to positively impact AO performance and strategy.You will also be responsible for managing the Estate Operations Administration team.In addition to the commercial aspect, additional responsibilities to support the wider Estates department will be included such as leading small projects, driving change, reporting and operating reviews.Heres What You Can Expect To Be Doing As an IT Site Support Engineer:

  • Producing, developing and distributing the Estates P&L, key metrics and commentary. Working closely with the wider Estates team to understand key cost drivers and profitability
  • Producing forecasting models to demonstrate our current performance and expected future costs/savings
  • Identifying cost savings and efficiencies by working closely with the operation and subsequently making recommendations to drive change
  • Helping to create standardised reporting
  • Resourcing and operating modeling
  • Auditing and Project Management
  • Other ad-hoc duties include supporting the wider team
  • Leading administration team members
A Few Things About Our IT Site Support Engineer:
  • A minimum of 2 years professional experience within a commercial role working in an extremely fast-paced office environment is essential
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and be experienced with excel, data entry, management, and analysis
  • Experience in setting and managing day to day budgets
  • Customer focused, with a decisive yet methodical approach to work and recommending solutions
  • An open Communicator with excellent communication and negotiation skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders
