Job Description

Job PurposeThe role consists of the despatch of bills to our clients using a variety of methods, email, post, client portals, bordereaux reports and resolving queries from this. Part of the role will be the processing of daily bills - Drafting, checking the rates arein line with the client guidelines, billing and dealing with any queries arising from this.Key AccountabilitiesThe position also includes manual updating the system and the manual processing of fixed fee bills. You may be at times assisting with bill amendments and final bills. You will need to ensure that bills are generated promptly in line with client guidelines,investigate reasons for any bill discrepancies, and take such steps to reduce the cause of such errors. The position will require you to provide cover for other team members from time to time. You will liaise with our fee earning community and other membersof Keoghs staff, ensuring all tasks are carried out effectively and to a high standard.Working Hours35 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.Location for this role is Bolton, Parklands Office and homeworking.Experience, Skills and QualificationsEssential Skills and Attributes:• IT literate including excel and other Microsoft Office applications• Attention to detail• Professional manner and good communication skills.
