Are you interested in working in Administration Do you have experience working in a similar role If so Keoghs are looking for an assistant to join their New Instructions Team working within their File Opening Team.The role requires the individual to download and combine all the incoming work that comes to us via a central inbox or client portals.The role requires the attention of the individual to identify the urgency of a new instruction, and the ability to accurately log for traceability purposes and pass over to the file opening team for processing. Ensuring all combines are completed within settimeframes.Keoghs is one of the leading providers of claims-related services to insurers, businesses and other suppliers to the insurance sector. Thisenables us to create individual solutions for each of our clients that match their requirements in terms of quality, performance and value for money.Key Accountabilities:-To ensure compliance with the SRA Standards & Regulations, and the Lexcel Manual-Ensure that they achieve their objectives and keep an accurate log of all work completed.-Working together to print a high volume of New Instruction emails within SLAs.-Ensuring an accurate log is kept of all incoming work.-Securely Logging into various Clients databases & portals to print all documents.-May also be required to assist other functions within the Business Support Unit, with any of the following tasks:-Administrative support-Closing files on the case management system-Sorting & distributing post, which may include transporting files between our Bolton offices-Assisting ReceptionEssential Skills and Attributes:-5 or more GCSE Grade A-C Including Maths & English-Basic Outlook experiencePersonal DevelopmentWorking closely with the File Opening Team, A common natural progression would be to move to a File Opening role.Competencies-Competent IT user-Must be able to demonstrate basic standards in numeracy and literacy-Ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative-Good communication skills-Good organisation skillsSalary and Benefits: Salary discussed upon application 35 hours per week Monday - Friday, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and the option to buy additional holidays. This would be a hybrid working role and would be 1-2 days in the office and the rest of the week working from home.
