Job Description

This is a newly created role due to continued expansion for a multi-skilled Operations Administrator who has experience of working in the FMCG, Transport or Logistics industry.The successful candidate will be responsible for working on current projects to meet business objectives and goals.You will be working in the operations team and supporting the wide business operations, provide administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of an office or facility.Basic salary up to £23,000 plus company annual bonus, free parking, healthcare, office perksCandidate

  • You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, excellent Excel skills, PowerPoint, and Outlook, together with using any ERP systems any experience of SAP and project administration would be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
Duties
  • You will process operational paperwork from day-to-day work ensuring all time sensitive tasks are completed on-time.
  • Using an ERP system data entry including order processing and new item set up.
  • Completing & reconciling spreadsheets and providing data to the operations and finance departments.
  • Completing artwork briefs to support project team.
  • Attend meetings to support the operations manager with meeting follow up including minutes and actions.
  • Stock management of stationery and sales packs.
