From manufacturing to marketing, (D)edication, (E)njoyment, (C)ourage, (H)onesty, (R)elationships and (A)mbition are at the heart of our everyday operations and the way we do businessThe OpportunityWe have an exciting new opportunity based at our Global Headquarters in Cheshire for an experienced HR Administrator to join our growing family of employees.Working closely with the Group HR team and wider UK operational business, the successful candidate will assist in all aspects of HR administration, assisting with the hiring process, onboarding, entering and updating a high volume of employment records into our HR database, with some assistance provided to the Group HR Systems Analyst for systems administration. Job DescriptionCompetitive Base Salary + Benefits Main ResponsibilitiesThe Challenge So, what will you be doing This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

  • Identify opportunities for improving HR administration processes by working in partnership with the wider HR and operational teams
  • Manage UK employee life cycle process documentation adhering to legislation and in line with requirements for loading to our global HRIS (Oracle Fusion)
  • The first point of contact for employee queries in relation to HR
  • Responsible for inputting employee data changes within the global HRIS and global payroll system (ADP Celergo)
  • Assist with the production of end user support documentation for Oracle Fusion (global HRIS) to ensure it is kept up-to-date to take into account any system improvements, with guidance from the Group HR Systems Analyst
  • Support in the delivery of policy and procedural messaging to UK operational teams
  • Work with Group Finance to ensure accurate processing of UK payrolls each month
  • Ensure the UK Group SIPP online platform is kept up to date with pension changes and new employee details for those being auto-enrolled
  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to ensure intranet documents are kept up-to-date for UK employees, such onboarding documents, wellbeing communications, benefit details
  • Work with the internal Group Talent team to assist with the coordination of interviews via our global Applicant Tracking System (TribePad)
  • Manage the third party benefits correspondence and ensure accurate set up of benefits for UK new employees where applicable
  • Support the rollout of key HR annual cycles such as pay review, performance review, engagement survey

  • Previous experience of supporting on a wide array of HR activities
  • Experience of working in a highly matrixed organisation
  • Experience processing UK payroll
  • Previous international HR exposure is desirable
  • Experience of working with a HRIS or HR data systems (Oracle Fusion / ADP preferred)
  • Previous experience of assessing and streamlining HR processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is desirable but not essential
  • Strong MS Excel skills with the ability to process and analyse data quickly and effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail, planning and analytical skills
