For more than 130 years, our clients experts along with world leaders in culinary ingredients have selected, cultivated and supplied the manufacturing, retail and food service sectors an extensive range of culinary ingredients. Our client is looking fora Samples Dispatch Coordinator for their site in Long Stratton.Role* Processing sample requests* Prepare, package and send out samples* Arranging delivery of bulk stock* Liaise with other departments and suppliers* Combination of working in the chilled (3 to 5) and frozen (-18 to -22) containers in the warehouse, and in the office for administrative duties* Management of stock levels* Hours - Monday to Friday, start at 8.30am or 9am & finishing at 5pm Skills:* Excellent communication and customer service skills* Ability to work independently* Be able to work to a high level of accuracy* Ability to multi-task* Highly organised* Reliable* Previous experience working in a warehouse and customer dispatch business (desirable)* Microsoft literate (Office and Excel)Benefits:* Salary to be discussed* Pro-rata bonus of 7% if targets achieved* Company pension as well as auto enrolment* Private medical insurance* Annual medical check (non-taxable)* Discounted gym membership* Cycle to Work scheme* Critical Illness Cover* Death in Service Cover* Annual eye testIf youd like to discuss the role further or apply, please contact Lana @ Cooper Lomaz
