Job Description

� Join a brilliant team as a Finance & Payroll Administrator! �Part time hours, flexible.Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and a knack for organisation Were looking for an exceptional Finance & Payroll Administrator to join a well-regarded and rewarding organisation near Long Stratton.The role:Payroll•Checking and inputting additional hours and overtime onto the main and bank payrolls.•Recording sickness and ensuring all records are maintained properly.•Checking and inputting starters and leavers.Cash•Checking and banking of cash, postal order & cheque batches• Inputting data into Excel •Issue petty cash.•Cover for other members of the finance team when required.Purchase Ledger•Processing invoices received by email / post•Inputting & matching purchase ledger invoices•Supplier payment runs & emailing remittance advice.Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial information, support decision-making processes, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in finance and payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisationalskills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
