Job Description

Reed Accountancy and Finance in Norwich are working exclusively with a services and solutions company in South Norwich to recruit a permanent and full time Accounts Assistant. The Accounts Assistant will be working as part of a small finance team and will provide support to the finance manager and finance director. This is a new role and would require the successful candidateto be involved in all transactional responsibilities.Accounts Assistant - Experience required:

Purchase Ledger invoice processing and managing the ledger
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
Weekly payment runs
Credit control by phone and email
Complete new customer credit checks
Monitor all account inboxes and process ledger transactions
Daily bank reconciliations

The ideal accounts assistant candidate will have experience of both sales and purchase ledger and be confident in their abilities to lead on both.
