Job Description

Our client is a High School based in Long Stratton. Due to the Government School Mass testing programme they require Covid-19 Lateral Flow Test Assistants to support at their school based in Long Stratton.Tests will be self-administered by the pupils and so you will not be performing the tests, more providing support and guidance.Role : Test Assistant

  • Provides guidance and supervision to subjects on swabbing as requested.
  • Collects completed swabs and pass them to the processing operatives.
  • Ensures cleaning of swabbing bays.
  • Responsible for ensuring subjects have registered and distributing test kits on arrival.
  • Ensures orderly entry off subjects onto the testing site.
  • Collates results from processing operatives and uploads to digital solution
    • Full training and PPE will to be providedStart 4th or 8th March and likely to last to 19th March or longer,Hours7.45 -8am start to around 3.30pmInitial commitment until Friday 19th March however based on Government advise, this role may be on an ongoing basisPay £9.43per hour plus holiday payThe successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in a testing centre with some familiarity with the tests, or an NHS/First Aid background/experience/training however others may apply.Successful applicants will be required to undertake a DBS check, valid ID eg passport or birth certificate, 2 proof address and proof of National Insurance plus Reed will undertake 3 years references.Please apply online or call Maxine or Andrea on or Maxine on or .
