Due to their expanding team, our client are looking to for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join their Aftersales Team at their family owned exclusive Dealership in Long Stratton, Norwich.Working hours for this Automotive Service Advisor role: Monday to Friday 08.00 – 18.00 with 1 in 2 Saturdays on a rota 8.00 to 13.00The successful candidate will display exceptional customer service skills and a professional and positive attitude. A wonderful opportunity to work primarily with prestigious marques such as Aston martin, Bentley and Lotus.This is a key role within the Company dealing with their customers in order to keep them up to date with MOTs, Services and any other customer service issues.TheirAutomotive Service Advisor will be receive the following benefits:- Company Pension- Death in Service- Bonus Scheme- Free ParkingAs part of the dedicated Aftersales team their Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for:- Being the point of contact for customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles.- Managing the flow of information between the workshop, the rest of the business and the customer.- Handling customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.- Qualifying service needs and establishing an understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.- Accurately maintaining the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.- Explaining the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.Skills Required of their Automotive Service Advisor:- Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT- Knowledge of Kerridge desirable- Excellent organisational skills, and work well under pressure- Knowledge of the motor trade- Excellent customer service skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for your dedication and commitment to shine with a fantastic and employee orientated Company dedicated to excellent customer service.
