Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Team Leader in South West London for a market leading retailer. Offering an excellent work-life balance with evenings off, working an average of 39.5 hours per week, from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Additionally you will work 3 out of 4 weekends, with competitive weekend hours of, 10am to 4pm Saturdays and 10am to 3pm SundayWe are looking for a Team Leader that is passionate about driving sales and delivering exceptional levels of customer service. Driving customer service standards in your store.

Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability.

Training, coaching and developing your team.

Maintaining company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.

Achieving store and company KPIs.

Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
