Job Tittle: Finance and HCM LeadSalary: Up to £70,000Fixed Term Contract - 12 months, Full Time Hybrid working role, between remote and office based) Are you ready to take on a pivotal role as a Technology SME, specialising in financial and HR systems for a large entertainment company Join my clients dynamic team and become the main liaison between Technology and key departments, as well as externalthird-party suppliers supporting the Workday ecosystem.Key Responsibilitys:- Detailed Analysis: Undertake in-depth analysis and meticulously document specifications in accordance with agreed standards.- Solution Facilitation: Act as the key point of contact for discussions on new solution requirements, bridging the gap between the business and the Technology team.- Business Understanding: Develop a profound understanding of how the business operates, including departmental structure, functions, processes, and current application functionality.- Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure stakeholders and key business users comprehend and agree with defined requirements and their priority.- Collaborative Teamwork: Work positively and communicate professionally across the team, contributing effectively to team tasks and fostering team spirit.- Expertise Development: Continuously build and maintain expertise in best practice development methodologies and techniques.- Objective Management: Ensure personal objectives documentation is consistently updated and current throughout the year.What Youll Need: - Workday Experience: Proven experience with Workday Finance and HCM packages.- Project Implementation: Background in both package and bespoke systems implementation projects.- Change Management: Experience in projects involving multiple business units/user communities with a significant element of business change.- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong root cause analysis and complex problem-solving skills, crucial for managing month-end and production support issues independently.Reporting Structure: Reporting directly to the Deputy CIO, you will lead a direct report and work within defined procedures and processes.If interested, please apply!
