We are based in Llandybie, West Wales, and have 10 retail showrooms across the UK plus an experienced commercial team servicing hospitality, retail and developers.The RoleWe are currently looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our Head Office team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and key account customers, as well as providing support to our retail showroom teams.Key Responsibilities

  • Initiating, developing, and maintaining account customer relationships.
  • Dealing with customer and showroom enquiries
  • Establishing customer requirements and guiding customers towards the products that meet their needs.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service
  • Preparing, submitting and following up customer quotations.
  • Processing orders and updating our CRM system.
  • Providing product and technical information as required
  • Introducing existing customers to new products and providing training where necessary.
Experience / Skills Required
  • Proven sales / account management experience
  • Good interpersonal, organisation & admin skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, verbally & in writing
  • Accuracy & attention to detail
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • IT proficient - good keyboard skills and able to use outlook, excel & word proficiently
  • Experience in flooring, interiors, bathroom or kitchen sales or other relevant industry would be an advantage but is not essential
Salary£26 - 27k plus pension, plus bonus & commissionBenefits
