Job Description

Summary Were looking for a Holidays Operation Assistant Manager to assist the Holidays Operation Manager in the efficient delivery of the Mid Wales Holidays portfolio. We are looking for someone who loves the holiday industry and is committed to helping deliverthe highest standards. This is a large portfolio with multiple office locations, so enjoying being on the road is a benefit.The hours: 37.5 hours per week.The salary: £21,684 per annumDuration: This is a permanent position, with the opportunity to progress What its like to work here To find out more about what its like to work within Holidays at the National Trust, clickhere to watch our video.We are really proud of our cottages and the standards we provide for our guests, and you will be working as The Assistant Manager for the Mid Wales Holiday Teams. We currently have holiday cottages in Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire, Powis, Gower and will havenew cottages opening in Monmouth and Brecon. What youll be doing Youll deliver high levels of customer service to our guests, dealing with queries in line with agreed NT procedures. Team work will be essential, as youll be working with the wider property team, as well as Contact Centre staff and internal service deliveryis just as important.Youll be excellent with people. As the first point of contact for Caretakers, your supervisory experience will really help you to get the best from the team through training, coaching and development in order to deliver a consistent offer in line with theNT holidays toolkit. Alongside this youll be organising rotas in line with bookings, ensuring that changeovers and service cleans are delivered and good stock control is essential, as is efficient purchasing and store management in order to minimise costswhilst still providing a good service to caretakers.
