Summary Were looking for a Cook to join our team here at Dinefwr.The Hours:1300 hours per annum / at least 2 days a week regularly, and 5 days when the full-time cook is on holiday.The Salary: £11 per hour / £14,300 per annumDuration:permanentInterview Date: 4th / 5th of AprilThis role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.At present the property is open 7 days per week from mid-Feb through to early November and weekends only during the winter months, the property is also open 7 days (excluding Christmas eve and Christmas day) across the festive and New Year period.A significantamount of weekend, bank holiday and school holiday working will be required. What youll be doing Youll enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes,making, soups, stews, sausage rolls and preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods.You will receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role.
