Job Description

The rolewill be mainly office based however when fully trained, there may be the opportunity to work one day a week at home. The HR Administrator role will be well suited to someone who has a high level of confidentiality, great attention to detail and likes to be people facing. If you want to develop a career into HR, this is the role for you as you will be working alongside and learn from a fantastic HR Manager.Role– HR AdministratorHours– 37.5 hours per week – Monday to FridayLocation– AmmanfordSalary– £18,500 per annumThe purpose of this role is to assist the HR Manager in the day to day running of the HR administration. Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • First point of contact for any employee matters/queries such as leave entitlements, sickness and recruitment and employee relations issues.
  • Organise and support the planning of meetings and learning events
  • Assist with Recruitment processes
  • Provide a comprehensive, administrative support service, including drafting standard letters and contracts, editing and formatting reports, taking minutes; ensuring a high standard of presentation.
  • Support with the reception function and administration for the group when necessary
  • Liaising daily with internal and external stakeholders
  • To be successful, must have proven work experience within an administration capacity. If you have exposure to HR administration or compliance administration then that will be beneficial, but not essential. As you will be first point of contact for HR, you must have great customer service skills and be personable in nature.
