Fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to work for one of the UKs most largest property firms whilst working from home on a full time basis.The role will see you work on a cloud based case management system that will allow you to log in remotely and run a full conveyancing caseload from the comfort of your own home! You will be required to deal with a mixed caseload of sales, purchase, right tobuy, remortgage, new builds andshared ownershipmattersfor both freehold & leasehold properties as well as both registered & unregistered land.You will still be required to complete 20 - 30 matters per month and you will be provided with remote paralegal assistance to deal with searches, SDLT submissions and also have the opportunity to mentor junior fee earners & legal assistants.You will be provided with all the tools required to work from home, including a work phone to use. Salary circa £30k - £50k with a benefits scheme and bonus in place.
