Our established logistics Client specialises in the storage of high-value time-critical FMCG products. Due to continued success, they are currently looking to appoint an Export Roadfreight Operator to join their team in Liverpool. This vacancy is offeredon a full-time permanent basis, in return for a salary in the region of £25k. Day to day duties of the Export Roadfreight Opeator include liaising with warehouses, overseas offices, hauliers, drivers and clearance agents, raising export / shipping documentation, compatibility checks and some warehouse handling. Were keen to speak to skilled people with experience from having worked as a freight operator, especially those familiar with sea or roadfreight operations, customs knowledge and/or Imports from a shipping / freight background. Successful Export Roadfreight Operators will have a good operational know-how of shipping procedures, excellent relationship building skills, with customers and suppliers alike, and an eye for identifying new business opportunities.
