Intake Marketing requests, develop forecasts and team sprints, while creating schedules that ensure workis done well and is delivered on timeYoull have previous Project Management experience in an agency environment, Experience managing multiple projects at any one time is required. An understanding of SEO, PPC, analytics, web build, social media and video is highly desirable. Creative yet preciseand thorough with a demonstrable love of technology, data and marketing A concise and empathetic communicator, youll inspire people to act and motivate them to achieve goals, more than able to get the best out of a variety of different minds. Agile and adaptable, youll become a pivotal member of the agencies management team,facilitating growth and developing strong internal and external relationships.Your Day to Day in this role includes:* Own the development of detailed project work plans, resource allocation, and timelines, enhancing the Creative* Conduct trafficking functions to keep work flowing through the creative team* Assign team members to the necessary steps required to complete the project or task* Run daily stakeholder pod calls where progress, blockers or barriers are discussed* Conduct weekly sprints with the creative team to allocate projects and forecast future capacity* Develop regular time and workflow reports and continually optimise SLAs for accuracy and scale* Build, implement, and optimise processes across all program teams within the departmentAbout you:* Substantial experience of agency project management* An understanding of SEO, CRM, PPC and Website builds* Previous experience establishing a similar role within a marketing/creative/web team* Experience in creating, implementing and documenting new processes or process improvements* Significant experience working with a Project Management tools* Experience allocating and forecasting team workloads in an agency environment * Strong listening skills and instinct for anticipating vendor, partner and stakeholder needs* Experience adhering to strict deadlines, while managing simultaneous projects* Creative thinker and problem solver* Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels* Ability to work in a cross-functional organisation and demonstrate team leadership skills* Experience learning and navigating within a high-growth and fast paced environment* Ability to foster agility, efficiency, operational excellence and continuous improvement across the teamBenefits of working for Cambridge Creative: * Great opportunities to make the role your own and get involved with exciting projects in a fast-paced, creative, and fun office environment* Competitive pay and pension* 32 days holiday including bank holidays with annual increases for years of service* A great working environment with a diverse range of clients. * Investment in your growth with training and development opportunities* Fast-growing company with plenty of room for career development* Team building and team days out
