* Part time - 10 hours per week* Office based* Minimum 3 years experience requiredAs part of our growing business we are looking to hire a part-time Credit Controller to work 10 hours per week between our recruitment agency, Annesley Gandon, and our marketing agency, Cambridge Creative.As an off-beat marketing and recruitment agency, were growing rapidly and are on the lookout for an experienced individual who thrive in a fast-paced, and often-times, quirky environment. We are a very client focussed business so are looking for a like-mindedindividual who excels in building and maintaining strong relationships.As the Credit Controller, you will play a vital role within the accountancy function.You will be tasked with the following responsibilities:* Chasing payments from clients via telephone and email* Investigating and solving invoicing queries* Preparing and issuing stage payment invoices* Preparing and processing credit notes* Posting payments* Managing customer billing and reconciling against relevant accounts* Aged debtor reportingPerson specification:* Minimum 3 years experience working in Credit Control* Strong relationship building skills* Excellent communication skills* Have the ability to prioritise work in order of importance* Friendly, outgoing and passionateSalary information:Pay: £13 - 14phHours: 10 hours per week (Mon - Fri)Location: Office based - Little Shelford
